Don’t Provoke the Turtle

Chapter 523: Husband

Views:

A great war is about to break out in the outer space, and Xuanhuang Realm is on high alert. However, the South China Sea is relatively relaxed.

During this era, the South China Sea was in a vacuum period. Eight hundred years ago, the Seven Cold Mountains were destroyed, and no new ten immortal sects were born in the South China Sea.

The sea is blue, and the fishes are still having fun, unaware that a calamity may fall from their heads at any time.

Su He broke out of the water and looked back. There was only endless ocean under his feet, and no ice cliff on the seabed could be seen.

Only by diving into the water and getting close to the ice cliff will you be pulled over by the ice cliff.

"Let's go! Let's go look for it in the desert."

Master Ma did not come to the South China Sea, he must have gone to the desert first.

Su He was about to leave after breaking through the space. Toad asked in doubt, "If Master Ma has finished his work in the desert, will he fly to the South China Sea or come here directly through space teleportation?"

Su He was stunned for a moment, then he smoothed out the space channel and flew obediently to the northwest.

Master Ma should be a human cultivator—at least not a divine beast.

Ordinary people rarely use space teleportation when traveling. Unless human cultivators can open the immortal gate, the distance of space teleportation is limited, it is unstable, and may even cause harm to the body.

Just like when Zhan Xiu wanted to act big, he split the space with a knife and teleported away, and then... he recovered from his injuries for ten years!

Under normal circumstances, the space ability of the monks is used for fighting and emergency, not for traveling. Even ordinary divine beasts cannot be used to travel.

There are only four spirits flying around in the starry sky.

If Master Ma comes to the South China Sea, he will probably fly directly from the desert, and Su He might bump into him if he flies in the opposite direction.

Su He smoothed the space channel, turned around and transformed into a peacock, flapped his wings and flew northwest.

At the same time, in Dongyun Mountain, the Tianzhen clan's Lord Xun and Master Ma came out from a corner of the mountain. They looked at each other and smiled bitterly.

Behind them was a monk who had just been killed by the two of them.

There were marks of beast bites all over his body, and his death was extremely tragic.

"I have been looking for Fellow Daoist Su He for nearly a year. I never thought that Fellow Daoist Su He would chase after the clone of the Great Freedom Bodhisattva and kill his way into the Xuanhuang Cave Heaven..."

This is the secret that Master Ma just stole from the dead.

The two were originally looking for Su He in Dongyun Mountain, but they didn't know when they were followed by this guy.

It was not a Xuanhuang cultivator, but a cultivator from the Luanyu World. I don't know how he got here. According to reason, it would take decades to fly from the Luanyu World to here, with only the sixth level of the Heavenly Realm.

That’s not important. Who doesn’t have some adventures

Maybe it’s gone to the wasteland it once was!

Once upon a time, the Xuanhuang World was the holy land of all the heavens and worlds, and there were passages leading directly to Xuanhuang everywhere. But now, they have all been closed and turned into wastelands, with only a few passages occasionally opened

Especially since there was a great war outside the Luanyu World, it was normal to break through the wasteland.

The two men didn't care about the dead monk. They looked at each other and took out a sealed Xuanhuang Order at the same time, unsealed it, and with a flash of light, they disappeared.

The relocation of the Lossless Realm is imminent, and they cannot wait for Fellow Daoist Su He to return from the Xuanhuang Cave Heaven.

Since they dared to hunt down the incarnation of Great Freedom Bodhisattva, Su He's words became more credible. A place that could hide the entire Lossless World was really what he wanted.

Su He flew all the way. With the flying skills taught by his grandfather from the Xuanniao clan, his speed was so fast that it was difficult to estimate. Thousands of mountains and rivers passed by in the blink of an eye.

The speed was still higher than that of Liuguang River, heading northwest all the way, while his spiritual awareness spread in all directions, not leaving out any place.

If there hadn't been a great war in Xuanhuang and the Liuguang River had not stopped flowing, Su He should have been the first to search for the Liuguang River.

In just over ten days, they had entered the desert. The sky was filled with yellow sand and fire all day long. It seemed that the sun was taking special care of this place.

There is not a single green leaf in the vast expanse.

Su He traveled westwards towards where the thunderstorm was gathering.

The road is accompanied by wind and sand, with occasional strange beasts or scattered monks.

Deep in the desert there is the Huangqiu Temple, one of the ten great immortal gates. At this moment the desert is almost closed, and all the monks in the temple are preparing for war.

Su He had already taken human form, and leaped into the desert with Ji Feixue in his arms. They went deep into the desert and could see a battle in the sky from afar.

There was a fierce fight between two monks, one was at the fifth level of the Heavenly Stepping Stage, and the other was at the sixth level of the Heavenly Stepping Stage, but they were evenly matched.

Even the fifth-level monk in the fight, Yu Li, turned around and glanced at Su He below. His voice was loud and clear with a hint of warning: "My fellow Taoist, the desert is not open, please retreat."

As the war was about to begin, Huangqiu Temple sealed off the desert.

"Buddhist world?" Su He looked at the sixth-level monk opposite him. The biggest difference between the two monks was the power of merit. Although the merit of the fifth-level monk was not strong, it also illuminated all directions. The other party did not have any merit at all.

There should have been one, as there was a jade pendant on the cassock that condensed merits. He should have used the cassock as a disguise to get here, but he was discovered by the monks of Huangqiu Temple and a fight broke out.

Su He stepped forward and a bolt of divine punishment fell from the sky. The Buddhist monk's expression suddenly changed. He turned around and left, but the divine punishment had already landed on his head without any error.

In an instant, a black light flashed, and the entire monk, including his cassock and other Buddhist treasures, was chopped into ashes and disappeared in the wind.

The monk from Huangqiu Temple fought with him face to face in close combat, but he did not suffer any damage at all.

Looking at the flying ashes in front of him, the monk of Huangqiu Temple regained his composure and turned around to put his hands together: "Amitabha! Thank you for your help, but Huangqiu Temple is not convenient to welcome guests these days. Please go back first and come back after the war is over. I will definitely prepare a bed for you to come."

Su He held Ji Feixue in his arms: "Master, I need to go to the thunderstorm area to find a Taoist friend. I have no ill intentions. You can confirm it with the Jixia Academy."

Huangqiu Temple is one of the ten great immortal gates, with a long history and profound heritage. If Su He entered stealthily, the monk in front of him would naturally not be able to detect him, but the powerful people in the temple might be able to detect him. If one takes into account the means laid out over who knows how many years, they would definitely notice him.

As we are in a special period, troubles are inevitable. It is better to enter openly and honestly.

The monk looked at him, shook his head and said, "I'm sorry, I'm poor and have little luck, so I've never met a Taoist friend from the Jixia Academy.

Su He frowned: "Daoyou, do you have any way to contact the elders in the temple? You can also ask the elders to contact the Jixia Academy."

The monk nodded and then shook his head: "I can only contact the temple once, that is, if the enemy invades and the place we guard is lost, if we contact you in this way, you will be the invading enemy, and if the elders of the temple come over, it will be a thunderbolt. Do you need it?"

Su He was stunned. Was this how this monk reached the fifth level of Taoism

The toad jumped out from between Su He's eyebrows, stuck out its tongue at the monk, turned to Su He and said, "Are you stupid? Show your mark!"

Even if you don't want to expose Xuanwu's true form in front of outsiders, the Gu Jingzhai mark doesn't matter, because it is Xuanhuang's top pass!

Su He was stunned for a moment, then he suddenly realized something. At the center of his eyebrows, the mark of a Buddhist disciple appeared, flashing with golden light and rushing towards Niu Dou.

Guiwangshan is the head of Taoism, and Gujingzhai is the head of Buddhism. Which sect in Xuanhuang Buddhism has no blood relationship with Gujingzhai

The monk in the sky was stunned for a moment, then immediately put his hands together.

"Amitabha! It turns out that it is the Buddha who has come. I hope you will forgive me. I am in the sect's Dharma protection formation and cannot leave easily. I cannot come to greet you from afar."

Su He said "I dare not", raised his head and asked: "Master, may I go deep into the desert now?"

The monk clasped his hands together in greeting and said, "I dare not call you Master, but since you are a Buddhist, you can go to my temple first, and later..."

At this point, a golden light shot out from the depths of the desert and hit the monk's forehead. The monk was stunned for a moment, then put his hands together and saluted: "So it's Taoist Su He. An elder in the temple has sent a message that Taoist can go straight into the depths of the desert. The thunderstorm is in Wuwang Valley."

Seeing Su He's delighted expression, he thanked him and was about to go inside. The monk put his palms together and bowed again: "Fellow Daoist, please wait a moment. The Grand Master has sent a message. I know that you are going to the thunderstorm area to look for Master Ma, but the Grand Master just returned from the thunderstorm and did not see any outsiders. Master Ma has not been here yet."

Seeing Su He's surprise, he added, "However, Huangqiu Temple may have a way to heal Fairy Ji's injury. The founder asked me to tell you that our temple has a Buddhist altar deep in the desert, which has the power of all the Buddhas in the world. You can take Fairy Ji there, and maybe she can be cured."

Su He was overjoyed, but then he heard the monk say, "It's just..."

"What?" Su He asked. He was already prepared to pay the price. It was normal for a Buddhist altar that could channel the power of all Buddhas to have a huge price. As long as he had it, it would be fine. Even if he didn't have it, he could go and find it.

The monk shook his head slightly: "To get to the altar, you have to go through the cleansing area. There are many disasters there, and you cannot use magic or spells. You even have to actively imprison your true energy. Otherwise, there is no way to get through. Can the donor go?"

Su He was silent for a moment. He was a little wary of monks, especially those who didn't swear and didn't eat roast chicken. This monk was gentle and polite, which naturally hit Su He's defense point.

If all your supernatural powers and true energy are sealed, how should you deal with accidents

As if seeing Su He's hesitation, the monk touched his forehead, took out something and handed it to Su He, saying: "The ancestor said that fellow Taoist can show his true body and go to the cleansing place."

When Su He saw what was in his hand, he was surprised. Without any doubt, he nodded and thanked him. He took a step forward and entered the formation behind the monk, heading towards the place the monk pointed to.

The monk held a small pagoda of unknown color in his hand, and no one knew what it was used for. But the material of the pagoda was tortoise shell!

It is the natural process of the turtle's growth and advancement, and there is still a trace of the owner's consciousness on the tortoise shell.

That tortoise shell belongs to Taizu!

No one can fake Taizu's aura!

Huangqiu Temple is related to Taizu!

The old turtle knew that there was a way to solve the problem of his grandson's wife here, but he didn't say it until they came.

Su He leapt inside.

Far away, deep in the desert, there was a green mountain standing out. On the mountain stood a thatched hut that looked like a small temple. Under the hut, an old monk was sitting in meditation.

A novice monk next to the old monk looked at the old monk with a breath like the desert and asked, "Grandmaster, do you know the Taoist friend with wings?"

The old monk smiled and said, "Maybe you recognize him!"

Not necessarily know each other

"Why did the master trick him to come here? Where is the altar for all the Buddhas in our Huangqiu Temple?"

The old monk laughed, seeming very happy: "All the laws in the heavens are the Buddha's law. All laws lead to Buddha. All can attain Buddhahood. If the ancestors master all laws, doesn't that mean they can master all Buddhas?"

The little monk blinked his eyes. The Patriarch was just making a sophistry! Isn't this something that only fake Buddhist monks like to do? Was the Patriarch possessed by a demon monk

"Pooh!" The old monk slapped him on the head.

The young monk rubbed his head and asked in confusion: "Grandmaster, what should we do when that fellow Taoist with wings comes over and you don't have an altar?"

Even though that person was very obedient at the moment, he could probably see that the donor would go crazy if he found out that he had been cheated.

He is definitely not someone who is easy to talk to. He is very good at judging people.

The old monk laughed and said, "If he comes, even if I have to sacrifice my life, I will draw out the impure Buddha power from his wife's body."

The little monk curled his lips and said, "The master is lying again. If the master really wants to save people, shouldn't he fly over and save them directly? Why do you need people to go to the Refining Land? That damn place will only make you stronger when you meet a strong opponent, and it will kill people!"

The old monk knocked on his bald head with a thud and scolded him, "What do you know? Even if it is mixed with Buddha power, it is still the means of that bald monk Da Zi. No matter how conceited I am, I dare not say that I have more ability than that wild monk."

"The name of the Refining Ground is just as it is. For thousands of years, our Huangqiu Temple has been constantly refining Buddhist rhythms, and has long condensed Buddhist rhythms that surpass those of other monks. Going through the Refining Ground is like being refined once in a furnace. Although it is difficult and dangerous, there are endless Buddhist rhythms that can be refined into the body. Only with the help of this Buddhist rhythm can the old monk be 50% sure of drawing out the complex Buddhist power."

Facing the methods of Mahadeva Bodhisattva, a 50% certainty is already ridiculously high!

Su He took a step forward and arrived at the place the monk had pointed to. Looking forward, he saw nothing unusual. It was still a desert filled with fire and poison, but with sand dunes like mountains, and there were actually high mountains and gullies in the desert.

You can no longer use your magical powers at this point.

You have to walk in step by step until you reach a place that is out of reach, where there are towering green mountains, and the Buddhist altar is on top of the mountains.

Su He took a deep breath, sealed his own true energy, and stepped in holding Ji Feixue.

Without the automatic protection of his true energy, the heat from the desert rushed towards him, burning like flames.

Taking a step forward, the weather suddenly changed. It was a clear sky just now, but when I stepped into the cleansing land, it was covered with dark clouds and heavy rain poured down in an instant.

The rain was not real rain. Each drop was as big as a fist. When it hit the ground, the desert exploded. Each drop of rain could shatter sand dunes as big as a house.

It hit Su He unexpectedly, and he groaned and almost fell down.

His whole face was distorted.

The explosion was only as powerful as a house, and even if it exploded until the end of time, it would not hurt him at all. However, the rain hitting his body and flowing down his body made Su He almost scream.

pain!

The pain was like tearing my heart and lungs apart, peeling my skin and bones! The pain went through my bones!

This pain had nothing to do with defense. The rain did not hurt his body. It was just pure pain!

Cold sweat instantly broke out on Su He's forehead, dripping onto the ground.

Every drop that fell smashed through the desert beneath feet, penetrated into the ground, and formed a pond.

Su He is a dragon turtle of the water element, and his human body is now dominated by the black tortoise, which controls the water system of the world. Even sweat is the essence of water element, which is extremely pure and refined. It can only turn into a pond. It is still dragged down by the peacock body, otherwise the effect will be more obvious.

The rain flowed down Su He and onto Ji Feixue.

The sleeping fairy groaned, trembled, and frowned.

Su He opened his wings instantly and wrapped them in front of his body, completely blocking Ji Feixue. He looked like a fairy wearing a peacock-colored straw raincoat.

The wings spread out, covering a larger area, and crackling rain began to pour down on Su He.

Su He trembled, his legs shaking, and he could hardly walk due to the pain.

On the green hill, the young monk watched Su He move and shuddered. He felt the same fear as Su He and looked at the master: "Master, how much pain is he in?"

This is the first level of "cleansing". Just like washing the materials before refining a weapon, washing away the impurities. The higher the realm, the stronger the pain!

The ancestor put his palms together and chanted a Buddhist chant: "Amitabha, Su Shizhu is so doting that the rain that Fairy Ji should have endured has also fallen on himself. The pain that two peerless monsters should have endured has fallen on one person... With such severe pain, an ordinary fifth-level cultivator would be killed by the pain!"

The pain at this moment was like that of an ordinary woman giving birth to two babies at the same time—not twins one after the other, but coming out at the same time.

The little monk shrank his neck and looked at Su He again, only to see that Su He's face was pale and his body was trembling, but his wings were as steady as a rock, protecting Ji Feixue, not letting even a drop of rain seep in.

"Master, he shielded the fairy from the rain. Can the fairy still have the Buddha's charm?" Without the Buddha's charm, it is impossible to eliminate the impurities of the Buddha's power. Isn't it all in vain

The master did not answer him, but just smiled and asked: "In the future, when you become a sixth-level demon and pass the thunder tribulation, I will enter the tribulation and take the thunder for you. Can you still advance?"

The young monk's eyes lit up immediately: "Grandmaster, monks do not tell lies. This is what you said. Don't lie to me anymore!"

The master's face was immediately filled with black lines. He pressed his two fists on the little monk's temples and began to twist them vigorously, saying angrily: "Buddha, I am only giving you an example. Am I making a promise to you? You have to go through your own thunder tribulation yourself!"

He cried out, and then asked curiously, "Then Daoist Fellow Su blocked the fairy's cleansing, but what should we do if the Buddha's rhythm is insufficient?"

The Patriarch snorted and said, "Fairy Ji is not going to join my Huangqiu Temple. The lack of floating clouds will hinder her practice of Buddhism. She just wants to heal her wounds. The Buddhist rhyme is enough. Also, the Patriarch is called Su Daoyou, and you also call him Su Daoyou? What a high generation! Do you want me to call you Patriarch and kowtow to you every day?!"

The old monk's fists spun faster, smoke rose from the little monk's temples, and his two feet flapped in the air.

"Grandmaster, please spare my life, Grandmaster, please spare my life! When you save Fairy Ji and die from exhausting your skills, I will never throw your body into the desert to feed the bugs!"

It would have been better if he didn't say anything. As soon as he said it, the master became even angrier. His eyes were like fire and his fists were flying.

There were billows of blue smoke.

Su He took a step forward and his feet landed in the rain. He was instantly struck by severe pain. His feet softened and he fell to the ground. His body flashed forward and a flash of panic passed through his eyes. However, he did not care about lying on the ground and getting more rain on his feet, which doubled the pain. Instead, he hurriedly folded his wings to protect Ji Feixue tightly.

This girl is seriously injured and unconscious. She is instinctively fighting against the Buddha's power and the black energy. If she continues to endure such pain, her rhythm will most likely be disrupted and the situation will get worse!

Feeling that the woman in his arms was fine, Su He breathed a sigh of relief, struggled to get up, and walked forward step by step.

The toad in the inner world blinked and shivered when he saw Su He, but he felt a little curious. He stretched out his claws and touched Su He's forehead, temporarily connecting with Su He's broken synesthesia.

It is not a masochist, it is just curious about the pain that Turtle is experiencing at this moment.

As soon as the synesthesia was opened, the toad's eyes suddenly condensed, then became lifeless, and its body straightened, and it fell straight backwards. Then it broke into powder with a snap. Then there was a puff of green smoke, and it condensed again in Su He's mind.

When he appeared again, there was fear in his eyes and he shuddered. He completely sealed the connection between himself and Su He and reinforced several seals.

Then he looked at Su He with sympathy as he walked towards Qingshan with difficulty.

Every step was torture.

In the Buddhist world, Abbot Wuguo chanted the Buddha's name and was reborn from the lotus. He stood on the lotus platform and looked around. His eyes swept across the Fenghuang World that was blocked by the Xuanhuang World, and looked at the ruined Buddhist world.

He turned his head and looked at the seriously injured Xu Zu in front of him. He sighed deeply, put his palms together and said, "Amitabha, the hatred between the Buddha world and the dragon turtle is about to cause chaos in the heavens. If all living beings in the heavens are destroyed, it will be your and my sin. Are there any of the three Taoist friends who dare to fight me to the death? No matter who lives or dies, how about we just end this matter here?"

Hong Zu roared, "Bald donkey, the Buddhist world is about to perish, and you want to duel now. Don't you think it's too late?"

He roared and rushed towards the Buddhist world, but saw Monk Wuguo pointed his spear and a golden light shot up into the sky from the Buddhist world.

Hong Zu instantly became alert and retreated in a flash.

"Amitabha, the Buddhist world will surely be defeated! But you can speculate, how many of you can survive if the Buddhist world is destroyed!"

How is it possible that the Buddhist world, which has existed for tens of millions of years, does not even have the means to perish together

Xu Zu sneered and walked forward. If he failed once, he could do it twice.

The situation was too critical before, and he was unable to cut off the root cause, and was injured by Wuguo's self-explosion. But that won't happen this time.

As soon as he came out, he heard Huang's steady voice.

"Xu Zu, leave this battle to me!"

Huang's transparent body emitted a tsunami-like roar.

Xu Zu looked at him, was silent for a long time, and nodded slightly. After the death of the Yue clan brother, the Dragon Turtle clan should indeed produce another "ancestor" of fighting power.

Huang is already on the edge of this, and with a little help he can enter this realm. A hearty life-and-death battle is a rare opportunity.

Without waiting for his agreement, Huang roared and blasted Monk Wuguo with a Mountain God Seal.

Monk Wuguo drew a semicircle with one palm in front of him, condensing a pure golden translucent shield to block the Mountain God Seal, and then lifted it upwards to lift the Mountain God Seal of Huangzu into the sky.

But at this moment, Huang Zu had already approached, and he rammed into Wu Guo, shattering the space, and pushed him into the broken space.

When he appeared again, Wuguo had been pushed to the Dustless Sea by him. A column of water blasted out from Huang Zu's mouth, pushing Wuchen and Monk Wuchen into the Dustless Sea.

Earlier, when Taizu projected the starry sky, news came.

The Dustless Sea represents the Kan hexagram. If you have a connection with it, you can take a trip there.

Wuchen Haihuangzu naturally knew about it, and had even been here more than once. He did not feel any sign of the hexagram, but instead felt that the water was poisonous.

To break the water poison, one must either refine it bit by bit and sink it all the way to the core, or engage in a real battle to completely destroy the Dust-Free Sea Water's elemental structure.

Huang Zu looked at Monk Wuguo who fell into the Dustless Sea and rushed down with a roar.

In an instant, the waves of the Dustless Sea began to roll.

It was pouring rain and Su He was numb from the pain. Only when he hugged Ji Feixue tightly in his arms did he feel like he was still alive.

In severe pain and numbness, he moved forward step by step, leaving footprints of varying depths behind him - claw marks!

He could no longer maintain his human body, and his turtle body could not hold his wife. Su He had already transformed into a peacock, still protecting Ji Feixue under his wings, and moved forward.

It was unknown how long it took, perhaps ten years, a hundred years, or even ten days or a hundred days. When Su He's body miraculously adapted to the severe pain, the rain in the sky gradually became lighter, and even the dark clouds dispersed.

The sky cleared up after the rain.

Su He stood on the ground in a daze, at a loss for a moment, and was even a little uncomfortable with the sudden disappearance of the severe pain in his body.

After being stunned for a while, his dull and numb mind slowly came back to his senses.

He slowly spread his wings and looked at Ji Feixue under his wings. His wife was still sleeping, but her brows were slightly frowned. Su He checked carefully and made sure that his wife was not wet by the rain, so he relaxed a little.

Putting Ji Feixue aside, he took a deep breath, and the Phoenix Fire on his body ignited. For the Phoenix Clan, Phoenix Fire is the best way to heal injuries.

Su He was not injured, but he was exhausted physically and mentally after walking through the rain. Every cell in his body was tortured to the limit. The Phoenix Fire soothed his whole body, and it took three days for him to recover.

He transformed into human form again and picked up Ji Feixue. Looking at the green mountain that was already 30% closer, Su He smiled and set out on the journey again.

Among the green mountains, the little monk tilted his head, carefully supporting the big bump on his head, and looked at Su He without blinking, his eyes full of surprise.

"Grandmaster, Grandmaster. You are not a demon. How can a human turn into a peacock?"

The old monk had a kind face and a gentle look. He smiled and said, "The world is so big. A few strange things don't matter."

The young monk opened his mouth, feeling that the old man was fooling him, but he didn't dare to refute because it would give him a headache!

He could only stare at Su He: "Ancestor, what is the second round of the cleansing ground? I haven't even entered it."

Those who can enter the second round are all senior brothers with steady Taoism and great talents. He is afraid of pain and cannot even pass the first level.

The old monk laughed and said, "The place of purification is like a forge. If it is a forge, it should be burned and beaten to remove the impurities!"

The little monk blinked. It didn't sound like a bad word, but it sounded awkward. He asked in a low voice, "Pain in different ways?"

There was burning and beating, this was torture!

The old monk smiled and said nothing.

Su He entered the second stage on foot, but he did not feel anything unusual. There was no heavy rain, no lightning or thunder, just an ordinary desert.

As I was walking, I could hear a faint sound. It sounded like the sound of forging iron, but if I listened carefully, it sounded like the whispering of Buddhist scriptures.

The two sounds intertwined, making it difficult to distinguish. The less you wanted to hear them, the louder they became.

Su He held his breath and concentrated to block out the sound, but suddenly there was a crisp sound.

when!

It was like a heavy hammer hitting the forged sword blank.

The sound appeared directly in my heart. Suddenly, flames rose under my feet, and a sharp pain that was completely different from the rain suddenly hit me.

It's like having a red-hot iron, leaving a mark on the body.

Su He's eyes narrowed, and before the burning heat fell on Ji Feixue, he turned around and showed his turtle body lying on the ground. With a slight pull of his snake body, Ji Feixue had already landed on the turtle shell.

There is Taizu's tortoise shell in Huangqiu Temple, and we know that he has a real body, so there should be no danger if he reveals his true form here.

The water waves were rolling beneath me.

The water waves under Su He were not caused by his magical powers or the condensation of his true essence. They were caused by the first hibernation, when he had not yet passed the heavenly tribulation and condensed his true essence, but there were already these waves.

The waves fell on the sand, making a hissing sound.

As soon as this heat wave appeared, it reached its peak.

Su He stepped down with his claws, and the water waves rolled back, flowing towards his back, condensing into a ball and wrapping Ji Feixue inside.

Su He walked forward on all fours, and the smell of burnt flesh and blood rose from under his feet.

Su He's body trembled slightly, paused for a moment, and then continued to move forward.

There was the suction of the heavy rain that had lasted for who knows how long. Although the pain was in a different way, he was able to adapt to it the fastest.

It's just that the bodies have been corroded with hydrochloric acid, skinned and bones removed, and then thrown into the crematorium.

Su He could gradually bear the pain, but the sound of hammering made him feel like dying.

It’s really ironwork!

He was that piece of iron, and every blow of the hammer hit his heart, and a figure inexplicably condensed in his mind.

On the lotus platform, there is a female Bodhisattva dressed in white, holding a pure bottle in one hand and picking up a flower with the other.

The sound of hammering iron, one strike after another, hammered the image of a Bodhisattva into Su He's heart.

The mark of the Buddhist disciple of Gu Jingzhai appeared uncontrollably between Su He's eyebrows, and the Sanskrit sounds resounded through his heart like dense hums.

Su He panted and moved forward step by step.

The further I walked, the stronger the burning smell became. Although I was clearly not burned, I felt as if half of my body was roasted.

The pain came in waves, no less severe than the first journey.

Su He gritted his teeth and staggered forward. Halfway through his journey, the image of the Bodhisattva in his mind seemed to be completely condensed.

At this moment, a cold voice, overwhelming the sound of iron hammering, reached Su He's ears.

"Don't go any further."

Su He was stunned, his eyes emitting an incredible light. He turned his head suddenly and saw that Ji Feixue in the water ball on his back had opened her eyes, parted the water flow, sat sideways, and was leaning on her turtle shell to stare at him in a daze.

Su He was stunned for a moment, then he was overjoyed. He turned around and turned into a human. He held her in his arms and spun her around twice.

Ji Feixue's body was cold and frosty, as if she had just walked out of a frosty and snowy land.

When Su He hugged her, a trace of panic flashed in her eyes, but she did not struggle. She waited for Su He to put her down before she stretched out a finger, and the true energy between her fingers condensed and was about to explode.

But at this moment, an old voice came from the green hills.

"Wait a minute, fairy." The old monk said, "The fairy broke through the cleansing ground, and the Buddhist rhythm was cut off here. I no longer have the means to draw out the mixed Buddhist power in the fairy's body, and fellow Daoist Su He has suffered a disaster in vain!"

You cannot use your true essence during cleansing; if you do, the cleansing will naturally fail.

Ji Feixue didn't say anything, she just stretched out her hand and held Su He's hand. A curtain of water flashed across her hand, and as if looking back, the pain Su He had suffered before appeared on her hand, showing lines.

The lines record all kinds of feelings.

It hurts! All the lines on his face clearly expressed the severe pain that Su He had experienced.

Touching the pattern, Ji Feixue's voice became even colder: "Thank you, Master, but I don't want to become a Buddhist."

The old monk smiled helplessly and said, "Fairy, you are joking. The cleansing land will only leave the Buddha's charm on you two. It is not like the Buddhist world forcing you to convert. It just makes it easier for you two to practice Buddhism. It does not mean that you should join the Buddhist sect."

Ji Feixue raised the corner of her mouth and shook her head slightly.

It will not allow people to join Buddhism, but it will allow people to get close to Buddhism.

She has a cold and aloof nature. Without Su He's noise around her, even if she doesn't have the Buddhist charm, it is not impossible for her to enter Buddhism.

During this time, Su He became her only companion, but Su He came to this era only to steal treasures and then return. She faced 730,000 years of loneliness.

Without Su He by his side, and with the Buddhist spirit in his heart, who knows if he would not have entered Buddhism.

Moreover, the chance of success in using the Buddhist rhythm to draw out the complex Buddhist power in her body would not be higher than 50%. If it fails, it would be extremely difficult to deal with it later.

Ji Feixue touched the marks on Su He's hand, looked at Qingshan, and raised a slight arc at the corner of her mouth: "Sorry, I have a husband, so I can't enter Buddhism."

As she spoke, the true energy in her hands dispersed and turned into flowers that fell on the desert.

The sound of hammering iron in my mind suddenly stopped. Even the burning sensation on my body disappeared instantly.

Su He was stunned, surprised at her words, and even more frightened by Ji Feixue's behavior.

"Wife, you...I..."

Ji Feixue smiled at him faintly, and the flowers bloomed in an instant.

"Thank you." Ji Feixue said, lowering her head: "Buddha's power, I have a way to remove it."

8500 words. I need to take a leave tomorrow (the 11th). I originally wanted to divide it into two chapters, one chapter today and one chapter tomorrow, so that I don’t need to take a leave. The word count is also the word count of a single chapter. But I have already finished writing it, and I always feel bad about it being stuck in my hands, so I didn’t divide it into chapters and just posted it directly...

I will take a day off on the 11th. (End of this chapter)
