Charles seemed to be really asleep and didn't say a word.

"Is the Foundation strong? It is completely useless in front of Futan."
"Then kill Futan! Take his power for yourself!!" Anna's tone was firm, and she didn't seem to be joking at all.
Recalling how the Foundation stole Futan's power and ended up with one person dead, Charles sighed, "He will die."

The Earthsea Conference was held again. Charles looked at the four different faces in front of him and said in a low voice: "The Foundation has already taken action against me."
"How did the Foundation pose a threat to you? Send troops to attack Hope Island? According to my intelligence, this did not happen."
Jax, president of the Explorers Association, said as he adjusted his monocular eye with his hand.
