Two days later, in the evening
"We're here. This is the Beast Forest." The two demon cultivators in front stopped and looked back at Feng Jiu who was following behind them. "You've never been here before, have you?"
"No, this is my first time here." Feng Jiu said truthfully, looking ahead and asked, "There are barriers and formations here, how do I get in?"
"This way."
Two monks led the way. After walking for a while, they came to a corner, lifted up the weeds around it, and one of them went in first.
The other person said to Fengjiu, "You go down first."
Seeing these two people sandwiching her in the middle, she knew they were just trying to prevent her from running away, so she followed the person in front of her and went in. As soon as she stepped in, she felt that there were steps under her feet, but it was pitch black in there and she couldn't see any light, so she could only walk down step by step.
"Is this an underground passage? It shouldn't have been dug by you, right?" A place like this should be a passage dug by earth-attributed cultivators using their own attributes. These two demon cultivators are not of earth attribute, so she guessed that it was not the road dug by them.
I just didn't expect that the monk who dug out this tunnel would think of this. The road above was blocked by barriers and formations, so he tried to find a way from underground.
Unfortunately, this method is only applicable here. If you want to break through the formation and barrier of this place and leave here, digging a tunnel is not feasible, because the outside of this suspended place is surrounded by a powerful barrier, and it is a barrier set up by the five immortal emperors together. Even if you dig underground, you can't dig through the barrier.
After walking in the darkness for a long time, she gradually saw a faint light in front of her. She quickened her pace and followed the demon cultivator in front of her, along the stairs out of the tunnel, and walked some distance forward.
However, the forest he saw was eerily quiet. He could only faintly hear one or two roars of ferocious beasts spreading through the forest, but he couldn't tell the direction.
"What level of ferocious beasts are there in here? Why don't we see any ferocious beasts?" Feng Jiu asked, looking at the two demon cultivators.
"There are all levels of ferocious beasts in here. As far as I know, there are also ancient ferocious beasts here. However, it is best for us not to encounter those ancient ferocious beasts, otherwise, no one will survive." A demon cultivator said as he took out something from his space ring to lure prey.
Feng Jiu saw that they were busy there, using the method of trapping instead of killing, so she glanced at the two of them and said, "Why bother with so much trouble? Since you want to lure the beast here, can't you just roar twice?" As soon as she finished speaking, she raised her profound energy and suddenly shouted.
"ah… "
The loud voice suddenly sounded, scaring the two demon cultivators. Their faces turned pale and they stared at Feng Jiu gloomily: "What are you doing! Don't you know that this will attract many ferocious beasts? Are you trying to kill us?"
Fengjiu shrugged innocently and said, "No way, I just want to lure some ferocious beasts over here. Wouldn't it be more convenient for us to hunt them this way?" As she was speaking, she suddenly felt that the breath in the air seemed to have changed, and the ground also shook slightly, as if a large number of ferocious beasts were rushing towards this side.
