The front observation team was still cheering for Ye Jian's wonderful performance. Here, Ye Jian was criticized by Xia Jinyuan that he could hardly even lift his head.
She did not look up, but just lowered her head, and the man criticizing her snarled, "Hold your head up! If you make a mistake, just keep your head down? If you make a mistake, you have to lift your head up to me. , Face me head-on, and break the mistakes back!"
"The soldiers in our team, there is no bully who bows their heads when they are criticized by mistake!"
At this time, Xia Jinyuan is the youngest, most capable, iron-blooded, and most indifferent captain since the establishment of the Snowy Brigade. When he scolds people without dirty words, he will scold you so much that you can’t even lift your head, but you can’t. Bowing your head, bowing your head means surrendering, surrendering your defeat, and persuading you.
Ye Jian hasn't officially entered the Snow Territory Brigade, but he has tasted Xia Jinyuan's brutality several times. When he was in the hospital, he was fined to faint, criticized for being completely incomplete, and even lowered his head and was scolded... Hold tight Ye Jian, the rifle, raised his head high, even if he was criticized, he was as proud as a green pine.
Soldiers, just like soldiers!
The head can be broken, the blood can flow, but the rigidity that belongs to the soldier who is not afraid of everything is absolutely not to be thrown away!
A soldier, just standing there, even if you are wearing plain clothes, you will be recognized at a glance. , Never surrender.
Since it is mighty, tall and straight, and never surrender, how can you bow your head
Make a mistake, raise your head and immediately correct it!
Won a game, look up and face without arrogance or rashness!
Lose a game, raise your head to face the next fight!
In short, at any time, the waist and back of a soldier must be straight, more proud of snow than a green pine, and taller than a green bamboo.
This not only represents the military posture of the soldier, but also the integrity and integrity of the soldier.
Xia Jinyuan is such a person, no matter how difficult or dangerous he encounters, even if the difficulty is so difficult that he needs to bleed, even if the danger is so great that he may die, he never lowers his head. He straightens his waist from beginning to end and raises his head to face. everything.
Ye Jian lowered his head because he made a mistake. This was something he didn't allow to appear, let alone something he didn't want to see.
Roared by his even colder voice, Ye Jian was agitated by the chills in his back, stood upright, with his waist straight, raised his head, his eyes straight and cold sharp looking straight ahead.
"Don't let me look at your spoiled soldier again. If it is wrong, please correct it! Check the basic equipment. You should still make the mistakes that should not be made. You will make such mistakes... after you go back, we will settle the matter with you."
"In the later stage, your performance was okay. You calmly dealt with the early mistakes and did not let the worst result appear. Knowing that you were wrong, not panicking or chaos, knowing your mission and responsibilities, facing calmly, and correcting your early mistakes. You did a good job on this point, and let me see how you are facing danger as a soldier."
Severe criticism at the front, and merits at the back. Criticism that should be criticized, and praise that should be praised. Xia Jinyuan did not blindly grasp Ye Jian's mistakes and was aggressive. The merits and demerits were all commented out, which made Ye Jian more clear and convinced.
Just like a veteran of the Snowy Brigade, criticized by the new airborne captain, criticized and criticized, praised and praised again. When it should be cruel, the veterans are so terrified... , All the way, impartial, it took more than half a year to subdue the veterans.
