The Path of the Sage

Chapter 2115: Self-questioning

Views:

The starlight of Wenqu in the Wen Palace was originally dense, but now it is becoming more and more sticky.

Fang Yun’s mind was placed in it, and just by breathing gently, he felt a comfortable feeling as if his mind was cleansed.

Soon, Fang Yun was shocked to find that there were too many stars in Wenqu, so that his huge Wen Palace could not "flourish", and the powerful force began to impact the walls of Wen Palace.

Fang Yun broke out in a cold sweat.

This is the light of the Wenqu star, the source of power for the human race. Not to mention the vitality of heaven and earth, even the holy power of the saints is far inferior to the light of the Wenqu star.

The Shengyuan Continent was originally illuminated by a small amount of Wenqu starlight, but it was able to breed powerful human beings and even give birth to figures like Confucius. This shows how high the power level of the Wenqu starlight is. It must stand at the pinnacle of the Holy Path and may even surpass the Holy Path of All Realms.

There is not one Wenquxing fragment here, but two, and the Wenquxing light emitted is far greater than that of other fragments.

In the Wen Palace, silver light intertwined like overflowing water.

Fang Yun did not dare to be careless at all. He immediately sat on the ground and recited "The Analects of Confucius" aloud. Then he began to recite all the saints' scriptures in turn.

While his main body was reciting the classics of the saints, Fang Yun's mind, located in the Wen Palace, began to practice as a great scholar step by step.

There are three most obvious changes in the new scholars.

The first one is the bright moon of talent. Fang Yun had just been promoted not long ago and did not have much talent, so what he condensed into were only seven crescent moons. However, the talent contained in each crescent moon was dozens of times the total talent before.

This Talented Remnant Moon itself is only a place to store talents, but when combined with the family, country and the world, it will have a certain power.

The second is the profound meaning of words. Like the art of war on paper and the art of speaking eloquently, it is a gift from heaven recognized by the human race. Great scholars can integrate their power into a word and make it come true, which is similar to turning the virtual into the real, but even more magical.

The third thing is also a gift from heaven to great scholars, and that is the righteousness of heaven and earth.

After becoming a great scholar, as long as nothing unexpected happens, he has not betrayed humanity or committed a heinous mistake, and his literary courage is firm, he can use the righteousness of heaven and earth, integrate it into all power, and have extremely terrifying killing power against demons and monsters.

Even when the saints of the human race are fighting against the saints of the demons and barbarians, they will certainly use the righteousness of heaven and earth.

However, if one wants to fully control the positive energy of heaven and earth, it requires a certain amount of practice. Some people can master it easily, but some people, for some reason, will never be able to successfully control the positive energy of heaven and earth throughout their entire lives.

These are just the basic forces. The most important force during the period of great Confucian scholars, apart from verbal battles and war poetry, was "family, country and the world."

Family, country and the world are the foundation of a great Confucian scholar's career. Once canonized as a saint, he will combine with various forces such as the Palace of Literature to form a literary world.

After being promoted to a great scholar, one must gradually embark on the stages of self-cultivation, family management, state governance, and world peace. Later, one can become a literary master, and the next step is a literary giant, which is equivalent to the emperor of all realms.

Self-cultivation itself is a level of great Confucianism, and it is also a state pursued by many scholars, and it is also a kind of power.

Throughout history, many people have reached the realm of self-cultivation before becoming great scholars. Once they become great scholars, they will quickly reach the realm of self-cultivation.

Mencius said: The foundation of the world is the country, the foundation of the country is the family, and the foundation of the family is the individual.

Self-cultivation is the foundation of Confucianism.

However, why and why you cultivate yourself will affect your future state of mind and your future holy path.

After being promoted to a great scholar, the Grand Secretary transformed his entire body into the three images of the Cloud Tower Star, and then he re-condensed his body. This was actually also self-cultivation, but what he cultivated was the external body of flesh and blood. Only when he understands the legal principles and strengthens the fundamentals can it be considered as cultivating the inner body, thus achieving the realm of self-cultivation.

Every new great scholar has to do one thing: what kind of body do he want to cultivate

Fang Yun's eyes were hazy, his gaze flickered, and he began to recall the past.

After an unknown amount of time, a mist appeared in front of Fang Yun's eyes. A light grey statue emerged from the mist and stood before him.

Fang Yun took a closer look and found that the statue was exactly the statue of himself in the Wen Palace. Except for the material which was like stone, everything else was exactly the same as himself, and it even changed with his appearance.

The stone man Fang Yun didn't move at all, but the voice coming out of his mouth sounded like that of a teacher or a leader.

"When I first came to Ji County, I was bleeding and went to take the exam in an ox cart. What did I want?"

Fang Yun respected himself as a saint, stood respectfully, and said in a clear voice: "Please save my life."

"In the mountains of Ze, there are snake demons, scholars, poetic souls, and turtle hunters. What do they want?"

"It is the duty of scholars to exterminate evil spirits."

"The Liu family is powerful and influential, and has never bowed its head. What do you want?"

"The smallest grudge can be wiped out by the rising sun; the enemy who would destroy your home should have his home destroyed."

"In a mountain of books, I can fight against many enemies alone and face the challenge head on. What more can I ask for?"

"The holy path is ahead, so we should climb it."

"The evil king recruited, the aristocratic family used its power to resist, what do you want?"

"I can choose a wise ruler, and you can seize the world."

The self-statue asked questions slowly, and all the questions were about the major events that Fang Yun had encountered.

Fang Yun answered fluently and was never at a loss for words for a moment.

After Fang Yun answered the purpose of entering the Holy Burial Valley, the self-statue was silent for a few breaths and asked again.

"I have become a great scholar, what else do I want?"

Fang Yun looked at the statue in front of him in silence.

Time passed slowly. After an unknown amount of time, Fang Yun stared at the eyes of his self-statue.

"Use what you have learned to bring peace to the world."

The voice is sonorous and powerful.

After Fang Yun finished speaking, the statue in front of him disappeared, the surrounding black fog dissipated, and a magnificent road paved with stars appeared in the endless darkness, extending and rising continuously until it reached the end of the starry sky.

Fang Yun blinked and found himself still in Fengluo Mountain. Everything seemed to be the same, but it seemed that subtle changes had occurred.

Fang Yun only felt that a brand new door had opened before him.

After going through the stages of investigating things, seeking knowledge, being sincere and having a correct mind, Fang Yun gained the power to explore the source of everything. The last step of having a correct mind prevents him from being confused by external things and falling into delusion.

Knowing one thing, you know yourself.

The previous four steps are about learning the manifestations of the Holy Way. When you see a tree, you know that it grows in the soil, begins in spring, flourishes in summer, withers in autumn, and sleeps in winter. You know the chirping of insects and birds, and you know that many trees form a forest.

And now, Fang Yun has clearly felt that seeing a tree is like seeing the world.

The law that unifies the universe is called the Law of the Holy Way.

To cultivate oneself is to cultivate one's knowledge of oneself and the knowledge of the law.

Only by understanding the laws of all things can we create power for our family, our country and the world.

Only by mastering the laws of all things can one create a literary world.

Fang Yun's eyes gradually widened, and what he saw was no longer mountains and clear sky, but endless light, brilliant and colorful.

A bright and brilliant starry road runs through the colorful world of law.

Countless points of light, spots of light and rays of light were flying in front of him. In the darkness, Fang Yun could feel the differences in some of the lights. Some were far away, some were close; some were in his mind, some were as cold as ice; some were immovable, some were ever-changing...

The most terrifying thing is that all the colors in front of him are controlled by an invisible force, forming roads for Fang Yun to choose!

Become a great scholar, understand the legal principles, and see the way forward.

From then on, no matter what Fang Yun wanted or sought, the power of self-cultivation could always point the way for him.

A great scholar who cultivates himself will be free from worries.

Fang Yun blinked slightly.

Create eternal peace and build a country and the world.

A clear light flashed behind Fang Yun, and seven crescent moons rose into the sky, like seven suns, illuminating the world.

boom!

The first crescent moon suddenly exploded, with a sound that shook a thousand miles away. Fang Yun's body suddenly burst out with a strong orange energy, like a waterfall flowing backwards, surging and surging, or like a fountain, shining and colorful, and lasting for a long time.
